The form asks about your task, what you have tried, the result you would like (optional), and your email address. A short description is enough. Do not send passwords, confidential documents, sensitive personal data, or other people's private information.
Dimitri uses your request to review the task and reply about fit and availability. A request does not book a session or subscribe you to marketing. Lessons from the pilot may inform future teaching material. Private details will not be published as examples without your permission.
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Tally collects and stores form responses; its form can save your progress in your browser. Both services process technical information needed to operate their services. See Tally's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
